OBJECTIVES

The objectives of our project are mixed with our personal objectives. Jordi has been immersed in the restaurant world since he was very small, Susan having joined him later. Step by step they have oriented their training and education towards learning everything necessary to take pleasure in a job well done, without renouncing the joy and the tranquillity that one discovers in new ways of interpreting this wide world, mixing poetry, mathematics and hard work.

Our starting point in this learning project, in this daily fight against the elements, is represented by Hotel Restaurant El Bosc, an old hotel, which was closed for a while, before being selected as the location and name of our project.

In this place we want to reflect, day by day, a little bit more of our spirit and our way of being. We want to translate all our cooking and gastronomic interests so that the hotel and restaurant become a welcoming place, like a magnet where time stops.

For that reason one of our obsessions is to achieve a working team, united like a family, and to confer on you, our clients, the responsibility of becoming our patriach.
