HUMAN TEAM
We are a team of young people, very excited with
our project, willing to work hard, and who enjoy our job.
During weekdays, the Bosc team is formed by the chefs Jordi Martínez
and Josep Pascual and Aziz, who helps us with the grill. At the restaurant,
Jordi and Susan are responsible for serving the clients and Aina and Merche
support their tasks, both in the kitchen and the restaurant.
At the weekends we are forced to look for more staff since, depending
on the booking volume, we can serve up to 150 clients with our helpers.
From this small restaurant-hotel we want to highlight the importance of
professionalism and the human value of our two main chefs -with whom we
share our happy and sad moments. They are Jordi and Josep. They are very
young, yet they already have an interesting career: the unavoidable starting
journey that every good chef has. A journey that has provided good training
and experience and that, in both cases, has been the foundation that has
lead them to a quick conquest of our stoves.
