Hotel

Our starting point in this learning project, in this daily fight against the elements, is represented by Hotel Restaurant El Bosc, an old hotel, which was closed for a while, before being selected as the location and name of our project.

In this place we want to reflect, day by day, a little bit more of our spirit and our way of being. We want to translate all our cooking and gastronomic interests so that the hotel and restaurant become a welcoming place, like a magnet where time stops.

For that reason one of our obsessions is to achieve a working team, united like a family, and to confer on you, our clients, the responsibility of becoming our patriarch.
