Jordi has been immersed in the restaurant world since he was very small, Susan having joined him later. Step by step they have oriented their training and education towards learning everything necessary to take pleasure in a job well done, without renouncing the joy and the tranquility that one discovers in new ways of interpreting this wide world, mixing poetry, mathematics and hard work.
